TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We take pride in being a reliable small business.  We take exceptional pride in doing a far superior job than the "big guys."  The lifeline of our business is customer satisfaction and loyalty.  This means we deliver the finished product that we promise in the amount of time that we promise.  Often the work is done exclusively and done to surpass your expectations. 


Go Mobile Auto Detailing will require a non refundable deposit of $50 and up depending on the detail package you select to secure your appointment. The deposit will go towards the final payment of the service. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your detailing appointments are very important to Go Mobile Auto Detailing. We realize that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.


With this extra touch comes some responsibility on the customer.  Cancellations are very costly to our small business. Of course we anticipate things like rainy days and other forces of nature and understand that hey, "emergencies happen." Should this happen we will try to accommodate you as best we can, but we ask that you try as hard to keep all appointments with us as we do for you.  Also, given unexpected circumstances do to traffic, weather (extreme heat or rainy conditions), or other unavoidable delays or circumstances we will contact you within a reasonable time in the event of any delay, from our behalf, with an approximate time of arrival OR if you may chose to change your appointment to another date for your convenience. Your deposit will not be affected. We have also an option to service your vehicle at our office location (by appointment only, NO DROP OFFS or NO WALK INS) this will allow us to work efficiently even if its raining outside, for example.



OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:


All cancellations other than weather related must be made with a minimum of 48 hour notice.

  • First cancellation - customers can reschedule another appointment within 30 days from the day of the deposit was made.
  • Second cancellation - deposit will be forfeited 


All personal possessions should be removed from your vehicle before time of the service.  Go Mobil Auto Detailing will not be responsible for any damage or loss in and outside of the vehicle. We will not be responsible for damages if the vehicle isn't 100% in adequate conditions this includes faulty buttons, damaged panels, damaged paint or material already existing in the vehicle.  Photographs will be taken before commencing the service.  

Additional charges may apply due to the size and condition of your vehicle.  We do not guarantee 100% removal of excessive pet hair or odors, vomit, cigarette smoke, mildew, heavy stains, and spoiled milk.
